   Direct the design of resilient, self-correcting multi-agent environments. Advance state-of-the-art orchestration protocols, structured tool-use schemas, and domain-grounded prompt optimization models.

   Lead World-Class Minds

   Mentor and lead a domain-expert research team spanning Stockholm and Bangalore. Foster an engineering-first culture where breakthrough papers translate directly into production stack improvements.

   Domain Alignment Modelling

   Work closely with Fortune 500 GCC partners to ingest messy, non-standardized industrial data streams and synthesize high-fidelity semantic models that fuel our agent pipelines.

   Pioneer Safe Guardrails

   Champion rigorous security, alignment criteria, and verifiable safety guarantees across all generative outputs, ensuring CortexCraft tools remain completely bulletproof at scale.

Day To Day Responsibilities

What We Are Looking For

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent with a specialized focus on deep learning, generative architectures, or multi-agent reinforcement learning.
• Proven track record of shipping complex LLM workflows or robust IoT-connected AI applications in enterprise settings.
• Strong publication record at leading conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) combined with pragmatic coding fluency in PyTorch, Rust, or Python.
• Demonstrated experience steering cross-functional engineering initiatives and mentoring distributed technical talent.

Nice To Have

• Active contributions to popular AI/LLM open-source ecosystems (LangChain, LlamaIndex, vLLM).
• Prior experience setting up highly secure developer environments inside regulated environments.
• Familiarity with IoT sensory streams or automated robotics orchestration.
